When we do not recommend implementing AI

Saying no at the right time protects budget, trust and execution capacity.

Warning signs

We do not recommend AI when the problem is undefined, volume is insufficient, the decision requires a stable rule or the cost of error exceeds expected value.

  • There is no success metric.
  • The process changes every week.
  • The data cannot be used legally or ethically.
  • An integration or rule solves the problem with less risk.

Judgment before trend

The right technology solves the problem with the appropriate cost, control and maintainability. Sometimes it will be AI; sometimes it will not.

What we do instead

We propose the simplest path that enables learning and value. Readiness for AI can be built as part of that path.
